Thank you for shopping at Grittier Graphics a JOTT Designs Company. We strive to provide high-quality products and services, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items purchased from our gallery and Marketplace within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must not have been personalized in any way.

2. Non-Personalized Items Return Process

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please email Justin@grittiergraphics.com within 14 days of the purchase date. Include your order number and reason for the return in your email.
Refund Deductions: A refund will be processed for the purchase price minus the following costs:
- Original shipping cost
- Return shipping cost
- Cost of shipping materials

3. Personalized Items and Damaged Products

Personalized Items: No refunds will be available for personalized masterpieces or professional brand art. All sales of personalized items are final.
Damaged Products: If the item is damaged, a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Process

Initiating a Return: Email Justin@grittiergraphics.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number, details of the item, and the reason for the return.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will initiate the refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
